GEODIS Park's own free paved lot off Chestnut Street, and it is the free option the club actually publishes rather than one people pass around. The honest part is the walk: the club says roughly 30 minutes to the stadium, so this is a save-the-money choice, not a convenience one. Tailgating is prohibited. The club does not say whether it is free on non-match days, so do not assume it. Worth knowing too that Fort Negley Park is not a parking option, GEODIS says so directly.
The new wine shop from the Miel team, in the Emblem Park building on 4th Ave S, tucked between Lucky's and GoodTimes. The lot is signed 30 minutes free for customers, honor system, no ticket or validation. Long enough to pop in for a bottle, not a place to leave the car for a show.

Two hours sounds like plenty until you count the walk in, the match, and getting back out, which runs well past it. Treat this as a spot for the fairgrounds or a coffee run, not for Nashville SC. The no overnight line also means you can't leave the car and get a ride home.

Free street parking on Houston, Martin, Pillow, Humphreys and Brown. Limited and fills fast on busy nights, so plan to circle. Two local things to know. The restaurants along Houston St put out valet cones that take the curb spots in front of them, so a stretch that looked open on the way in can be gone by dinner. And the short block of shops and boutiques off Brown St has only a handful of spaces, so it goes first. No meters on these streets, but read any posted sign before you walk off.

Bastion validates parking inside, so if you are eating or drinking there, ask at the bar. The Metropolis sign next to it says enforced 24/7, payment required, so if you are not going into Bastion you are paying like anyone else. Rates are behind a QR on the sign rather than printed, so you find out when you scan. Seen 7/27/26.

Dicey's has two parking options and both run on validation, so read this before you walk in. The May Hosiery Mills lot next door works like this: scan the QR in the lot, pick Dicey's from the list, and it puts a $9 hold on your card. That hold does not go away until you scan the second QR at the host stand inside. Skip that step and you have paid $9 to eat pizza. The other option is the Nashville Warehouse Co. garage at 1125 B 4th Ave S, where Dicey's own sign says free parking with two hour validation. Either way the validation happens inside the restaurant, not in the lot. A Google reviewer learned this the hard way: staff told them to park in the May Hosiery lot, they ate for 45 minutes, and a security guard came after them about it. Walked and captured on site 8/20/26. The lot is a short walk and easy to find. Open 11am to 10pm and to midnight Friday and Saturday. Pin is the restaurant, not a parking space.

The sign on the patio planter reads "1 hr free parking, scan QR code at the register," so the validation lives inside at the counter, not on the sign in the lot. The lot is Metropolis 3385 and is posted enforced 24 hours a day with payment required, which makes the free hour an exception rather than the default. The sign does not state that you have to buy anything, though the QR is at Gordo's register either way. We do not yet know what happens if you stay past the hour, so treat sixty minutes as a hard ceiling until that is confirmed. Some stalls are marked reserved for Hermitage Kitchen Gallery, so read your stall before walking off. Observed 7/29/26.

Dicey's Tavern posts its own sign directing people here, and that sign says free parking with two hour validation at the Nashville Warehouse Co. garage, 1125 B 4th Ave S. The validation is not automatic. You get it inside Dicey's, not in the garage. This is the alternative to the May Hosiery Mills lot next door to the restaurant, and it is the better option if that lot is full or if you would rather not put a hold on your card. Sign read on site 8/20/26. Two things we have not confirmed: what the garage charges without validation, and whether any other tenant in the building validates here. The Nashville Warehouse Co. building itself lists hours of 7am to 10pm. Pin is the building, not the garage entrance.

Premium published this ladder when we checked on 8/13/26: $5 for one hour, $7.50 for two, $11 for four, $20 for nine, $25 for twelve, $40 for twenty-four. The page carries a warning not to park in reserved spaces Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, so read the striping before you leave the car. Drive up and pay by plate.
Metropolis surface lot on the west side of Martin St, across the street from Sushi Row and beside the Sicilian Butcher and Dos Santos block. The sign says every visit must start by scanning the QR, so scan before you walk away. Rates observed on the operator's own checkout screen 7/26/26 at 11:47am, service fees and taxes included: $5.99 for one hour, $10.99 for two, $15.99 for three, $21.00 for six, $26.25 for twelve.

Rates observed on the operator's own checkout screen 7/26/26 at 11:42am: $10.15 for one hour, $11.80 for two, $13.72 for four, $15.64 for six, so the first hour costs more than the next five combined. The sign says no free parking anytime and no validation, and Elegy does not validate either. Hagan St has street parking but it was full on a weekend morning.

Aba runs a valet in back and that is the reliable option. The restaurant entrance is in the alley between Brown St and Humphreys St, which is worth knowing before you circle Houston looking for a front door. There is a lot connected to the restaurant around back, but it is valet only, so do not pull in and park it yourself. Street parking exists around here but it is hard to come by, especially after 4pm when Aba opens and the rest of Wedgewood-Houston fills up, so be ready to drive a few laps or park a walk away. Aba's own booking page lists street parking and valet, and nothing else. The valet is paid and the rate is not published anywhere, so ask at the stand before you hand over the keys. One thing to be careful about: the May Hosiery Mills lot is a few hundred feet away and it looks like the obvious answer, but it runs on a $9 hold that is only wiped when you scan inside a business on its validating tenant list. We have not confirmed Aba is on that list. If it is not, parking there and walking to Aba means you keep the charge. Pin is the restaurant, not the valet stand. Open 4pm to 10pm most nights, to 11pm Friday and Saturday, with weekend brunch from 10am. Walked and captured on site 8/22/26.

This is the public lot at the May Hosiery Mills complex in Wedgewood-Houston, run by Premium Parking as zone P3732, and it is the closest parking to Dicey's Tavern. The mechanism matters more than the price here. You scan the QR in the lot, choose which business you are visiting, and it places a $9 hold on your card. The hold is only wiped when you scan the second QR inside that business, usually at the host stand. If you park, eat, and leave without doing the second scan, the $9 stands. The lot sign lists several tenants that validate, including Anecdote and Dicey's, though part of the sign was blocked when we photographed it so the full list is longer than what we can name. Read the striping before you walk off: the entrance sign reads reserved Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, public parking all other times, and the sign inside the lot spells out that all other times means paid, not free. Premium photographs your plate and mails an invoice, so nothing goes on your windshield and you find out days later. This is not a lot to park in and walk off to somewhere else in WeHo. A Google reviewer parked here on a restaurant's say-so, ate for 45 minutes, and got confronted by a security guard, which is what the second scan exists to prevent. Sign and QR flow captured on site 8/20/26. What it costs past the validated window is not posted. Pin is the lot.

The sign posts $2 for the first hour and the checkout charged $3.06 on 7/27/26. Their lot down at Humphreys does the same thing, posts $3 and charges $4.18, so the number on the yard sign is not the number you pay. Checkout prices as of 7/27/26: 1 hour $3.06, 2 hours $6.43, 4 hours $11.16, 12 hours $18.40, 24 hours $36.49. Here is the part in the small print that costs people money: if you do not pay the correct rate up front for your full stay, they presume you were parked the full 24 hours and bill you the unpaid 24-hour rate, so underpaying by an hour can cost you $36.49, not $3. Late fees go up to $50 after 72 hours and $75 after 30 days. Two things in your favor: if you pull in and change your mind, you can leave within 5 minutes at no charge, and the barbershop on the corner has its own validation option in the rate list.

Read this before you trust the A-frame: the little sign out front says only $3 first hour, and the checkout charged $4.18 on 7/27/26. Their lot up at Martin posts $2 and charges $3.06, so the number on the yard sign is not the number you pay. Checkout prices as of 7/27/26: 1 hour $4.18, 4 hours $8.88, 8 hours $15.63, 24 hours $29.74, which makes this the cheaper of the two for a long stay. You can leave within 5 minutes of pulling in at no charge.
