The cafe has its own free lot for customers, and there is no QR code in it. It sits between two paid lots, so the thing to get right is which one you pull into. If you are scanning a code to pay, you are in the wrong lot. There is also street parking out front. The restaurant told us this directly by phone on 8/5/26.

The Market lot and the shared State Museum lot on Rosa Parks Blvd give market customers two hours free. There's also free two-hour parking along 6th and 7th Ave beside the market and the museum. Surrounding state lots are free Saturday and Sunday, except lot 29 and the Sounds garage. The shared lot is small and fills fast on weekends.

No lot of their own, so it is street parking or the paid lot on Taylor
Their website says there is no dedicated parking lot. It lists free street parking throughout the neighborhood and a paid lot on Taylor St. Plan for the walk. Rolf is dinner only, open at 5 nightly, which is exactly when the residential curbs around here start filling with people who live on them, so the closest spots go early on a Friday or Saturday. Two backups if the curb is picked over: the PMC lot at 1220 2nd Ave N and Park Happy lot 168 on 6th Ave N, which ran $4.67 all in for the first hour in August. We have not confirmed who runs the Taylor St paid lot or what it charges, so read the sign before you scan anything there. Terms read off rolfanddaughters.com on 2026-08-18. Free street parking, no posted limits
Sauced is a small wine bar on 6th Ave N in Germantown, and the good news is you can usually park on the street right there for nothing. We walked the block on 8/15/26 and found no posted restrictions, no meters and no permit signs. It is a narrow residential street lined with houses, so spots fill up in the evening and you may end up a block or two down, which in Germantown is a pleasant walk. Sauced does not open until 5pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends, so the street is at its tightest exactly when you want it. If the curb is full, Park Happy lot #168 sits about half a block north and runs $4.67 all in for the first hour. Checked on foot 8/15/26.

The Sounds' own parking page is clear that the state lots are not available Monday through Friday before 5:30pm, so treat this as an evening and weekend spot only, not a 5 o'clock one. Free all day on weekends and state holidays. Fills fast on Sounds game nights.

1.5 hours validated in the connected garage, for customers
GelatoPazzo told us directly on 8/21/26 that the building they are in has a connected parking garage and that they validate an hour and a half of parking for their guests. The shop sits inside the Starling at 820 4th Ave N, right across from First Horizon Park, which is what makes this worth knowing. On a Sounds night that block is one of the harder places in Germantown to leave a car, and 90 minutes of validated parking in a garage attached to the building is a real answer. Validation is for customers, so buy something and ask at the counter. What we do not know yet: which entrance to use, what the garage charges once the 90 minutes are up, and whether game nights change anything. Closed Mondays, open 11am to 9:30pm the rest of the week. Pin is the shop, not the garage entrance.

The Sounds' recommended garage for First Horizon Park, on Harrison St between Rep. John Lewis Way N and 4th Ave N. Not open to the public Mon-Fri before 5:30pm (state employee hours). Rate varies by event; prepay through the Sounds if there's a game, or you'll be crawling through game-day traffic looking for a spot.

$4.67 all in for the first hour
Gravel lot on the 6th Ave N block in Germantown, a short walk from Sauced and the Farmers' Market. Pay by scanning the QR or texting 168 to 615-777-9797. Seen on Park Happy's own checkout screen on 8/15/26 at 6:00pm, one hour was $3.00 plus $1.67 in taxes and fees, so $4.67 due. The fee breakdown at 6:01pm was a $0.99 technology fee, $0.29 sales tax and a $0.39 processing fee. The technology fee is a flat charge, so it stings most on a short cheap stay and matters less the longer you park. Park Happy adds fees on top of the posted rate, which is the opposite of how PMC and Metropolis price, so read the total before you tap pay. Rate card at 5:57pm the same evening, before fees: $3 for one hour, $12 for two, $17 for three, $22 for six, $59 for twenty-four. The first hour is a bargain and the second one is not, so this is an errand lot more than a dinner lot. Read the contract sign before you walk off. Payment covers one visit only, so leaving and coming back means paying again, and validated or free privileges are capped at one use per vehicle per day. Skip payment and they bill the full 24-hour rate of $59, with late fees of up to $50 after 72 hours and $25 more after 30 days. Improper parking runs to $200. Plate reader cameras may be running. If you don't like the terms you can leave within 5 minutes at no charge. Rate checked 8/15/26.
