SP+ has it open 24/7 and self-park, and says overnight parking is not allowed, but does not publish what hour counts as overnight, so do not push it. No rate is posted: SP+ quotes you a price only after you put in an entry and exit time, so you cannot compare it against a meter in advance. Booking ahead through the operator is an option if you know your window.
