Register your plate free at belmont.aimsparking.com first, up to two days, it is virtual so nothing goes on your dash. It is campus visitor parking, enforced by plate readers, so use it when you are actually visiting Belmont, not to park and walk to the Belmont Blvd restaurants.

Free garage, but register your plate before you come
Belmont's big free garage next to the Curb Event Center, lighted, room for more than 800 cars. The catch is the step: a regular campus visitor is supposed to register free at belmont.aimsparking.com first, up to two days at a time. The permit is virtual so there is nothing to print or put on the dash, which also means the plate readers are what check you. Visitor-designated spaces are on level P6 and there are only 25 of them. Belmont does not publish a gate-closing time or a weekend rule, so do not count on getting a car out late.

Free for customers, 2 hour limit, and they tow
The lot is the H.G. Hill Realty Company Shopping Center lot, not Martin's own, and it is posted: customer parking only, 2 hour limit, no unauthorized parking, no overnight, violators towed at the owner's expense. Around 20 spaces, decent size for the block. Martin's own site says parking is free at all locations except downtown, and that holds here as long as you are a customer and under two hours. This is not a lot to leave a car in while you walk Belmont Blvd. Sign read on site 8/17/26.
