Metropolis took over managing this garage in 2025, and Publix had no say in the decision. Metropolis says all Capitol View shoppers get two hours free with no validation needed, which covers a normal grocery run. After that it gets expensive fast, and neither company publishes current rates online, so check the rate at the garage before you plan on staying longer. We are working on confirming the current rates in person. Plate readers track your time, so the two hours are counted whether you notice or not, and nothing goes on your windshield.
