Amerigo (1920 West End) and Jasper's (1918 West End) are next-door sister restaurants under the same ownership, and they share one lot behind and adjacent to the building. Amerigo's own site spells out the catch, and it is the kind of thing that costs people money: do NOT scan the QR code out in the lot. Note your license plate, walk inside, and scan the code at the front desk to get free validation for three hours. Scan in the lot instead and you are starting a paid session on your own dime. Three hours is the cap, so this is a dinner-and-linger lot, not a park-and-walk-to-Vanderbilt lot. You have to actually be dining. Terms read off amerigo.net on 2026-08-18. Lot entrance is reported to be off 20th Ave, which we have not confirmed in person yet.

Underground store garage. Take your ticket in and self-validate at the self-checkout. There is a limit on the free window, but Whole Foods does not publish the number anywhere official, so read it on the validation machine before you shop. It's the trickiest garage downtown at peak times, so don't dawdle.
Metro's pay station zone map puts Elliston Pl itself inside the Midtown economy zone, which prices at $1 an hour instead of the usual $2 ladder, and the same goes for Vanderbilt Pl, 25th Ave N from Elliston to Park Plaza, and 30th Ave N from West End to Poston. Enforcement out here is published as 6am to midnight, Zone 6 Midtown, not around the clock the way downtown is. Metro does not publish which days or how holidays work, so read the pay station. Heads up on the alternative: the private pay lots around Elliston Place and Division are notorious for surprise pricing, think $30-plus for a short stop. You can also duck onto a residential side street a few blocks off West End and walk in, but watch for permit-only signs near Vanderbilt. Rates and zone map read off nashville.gov on 2026-08-03.

Outside the central district, so it is Metro's cheaper ladder: $2 an hour for the first two hours, then $3, then $4 past five hours. The catch is turnover, not price. Limits are deliberately short during the day, which suits a meal on Elliston Place and not a full night out. Metro pay stations also run west along West End to 31st and through the Vanderbilt Hospital blocks, so the same rules follow you most of the way to campus.

Premium published this ladder when we checked on 8/13/26: $9 for one hour, $18 for three, $28 for six, $30 for twelve, $40 for twenty-four. Pay by plate, photo enforced around the clock, and the sign in the lot says pay before walking away. Walkable to Embassy Suites Vanderbilt and the Division St bars.
